Contribute to EyeWiki by midnight, Dec. 1, 2018 (U.S. Pacific time) for a chance to win a trip to the Academy’s 2019 Mid-Year Forum.

If you are an ophthalmology resident or fellow in training in the United States, the American Academy of Ophthalmology is encouraging you to take advantage of the phenomenal online publishing opportunity EyeWiki provides. Qualifying entries will be considered for one of four all-expenses-paid trips to the Academy’s Mid-Year Forum in Washington, DC in April, 2019.

To be considered for the contest, you must be the primary author of your article and it must be wholly original work. Only the primary author of the article, who submits it for consideration in the contest, will be considered for a possible award. You may submit multiple articles, in one or more categories.

Simply write and submit a high-quality EyeWiki page in any of the following areas between December 2, 2017 and December 1, 2018 and add your entry to the discussion page or use the submission buttons on the article page to be entered into the competition:

  • Cataract/Refractive Surgery/Cornea/Anterior Segment
  • Retina/Vitreous/Uveitis/Oncology/Pathology
  • Glaucoma/Neuro‐Ophthalmology
