Slit-lamp optical section demonstrating a spoke-like paracentral pigment deposition on the posterior lens capsule in pigment dispersion glaucoma (PDG). The pigment track (arrow) extends radially in a spoke-like configuration and appears to cross the region of the Wieger (hyaloideocapsular) ligament, distinguishing this finding from the classical circumferential Zentmayer or Scheie ring and representing a non-classical pattern of pigment deposition in PDG.
