File:Spoke-Like Capsule Pigment Deposition on Posterior Lens Capsule in Pigment Dispersion Glaucoma.jpg

From EyeWiki

Original file(3,515 × 3,400 pixels, file size: 726 KB, MIME type: image/jpeg)

Slit-lamp optical section demonstrating a spoke-like paracentral pigment deposition on the posterior lens capsule in pigment dispersion glaucoma (PDG). The pigment track (arrow) extends radially in a spoke-like configuration and appears to cross the region of the Wieger (hyaloideocapsular) ligament, distinguishing this finding from the classical circumferential Zentmayer or Scheie ring and representing a non-classical pattern of pigment deposition in PDG.
