Dear EyeWiki Editors,
Since January 1, 2026 we have added 21 new articles. We have also collectively edited 828 articles since the start of the year out of our current 1734 articles.
Tip of the Month: Can I use Artificial Intelligence (AI) for EyeWiki contributions?
- Contributors may use AI (e.g., generative AI models) in scientific writing solely to improve readability and language of the work, not to replace essential research and writing tasks.
- AI must be used with human oversight in order to avoid incorrect, incomplete, or biased output.
- AI cannot be listed as a contributor.
- Contributors are accountable for the contents of their work, and each contributor is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the work.
- Contributors must ensure that their work is original and does not infringe on third-party rights.
- Find other great tips and FAQs on the Getting Started page
Section Statistics: All EyeWiki Sections should be at least 60% up to date. We will be gathering section statistics at the end of each month to share here and at the annual all Editors Meeting. Please regularly review and maintain your articles to keep your section up to date. Special thanks and appreciation to those sections that were at or above 80% at the end of April:
- Cataract/Anterior Segment 83%
