New Email Notificaiton System for Editors

  • EyeWiki is transitioning to a new email notification system for editors when their articles are due for a 6-month review
  • In the past articles assigned to multiple editors were included in one email notification
  • In the future each editor will receive a personalized email with links to access all articles pending review
  • We hope to launch the new system later in the summer

Tip of the Month: How do I add videos to articles?

  • Videos smaller than 10 MB can be added as a local video
    • First, upload the video file to EyeWiki
    • Permitted file types: avi, ogv, mp4, m4v, webm
    • There are 3 ways to add videos locally that are smaller than 200 MB using one of the 3 edit links found in all articles: Edit with form, Edit source, or Edit

    • Get the YouTube ID from the video on YouTube.com
    • Choose "Edit source" and click on the location of the content where the video is to be inserted
